“Proof of Purchase” means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase. The Proof of Purchase must clearly specify:
The Participating Product that was purchased.
The Participating Retail Store in which the eligible Product was purchased.
The date that the eligible product was purchased during the Yamaha Clavinova Cash Back Sale period and prior to the claim being made.
Ensure your eligible Clavinova purchase is paid in full
“Proof of Model Number” means proof of the model number of a eligible Product by Yamaha.”
“Proof of Serial Number” means proof of the serial number of the eligible Product purchased.
“Purchase” means making full and final payment for an eligible Product to the Authorised Yamaha Music Australia Dealer during the Yamaha Clavinova Cash Back Sale period.
