• Submit an eligible Claim Redemption Form via the above url, which YMA must receive by 5pm 1st of April 2023
• “Proof of Purchase” means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase. The Proof of Purchase must clearly specify:
• The Participating Product that was purchased.
• The Participating Retail Store in which the eligible Product was purchased.
• The date that the eligible product was purchased during the Yamaha Clavinova Cash Back Sale period and prior to the claim being made.
• Ensure your eligible Clavinova purchase is paid in full
• “Proof of Model Number” means proof of the model number of a eligible Product by Yamaha.”
• “Proof of Serial Number” means proof of the serial number of the eligible Product purchased.
• “Purchase” means making full and final payment for an eligible Product to the Authorised Yamaha Music Australia Dealer during the Yamaha Clavinova Cash Back Sale period.

Shipping Policy

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:

• Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
• Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas

Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.

If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.

Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.

Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.

Returns Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.

30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
