Despite its tiny body, the Ibanez UB804 does not sacrifice acoustic tone. The smaller body also contributes to superior portability and handling. The Aero Silk Piezo system is the Ibanez original piezo system that enhances the acoustic stand-up quality of the sound. We tuned this system to provide optimized performance on our upright bass. Whether bowing or finger picking, this specially modified piezo system detects the vibrations of the strings that vibrates in different shapes, and then outputs the signals at equalized level.
Like ordinal wood basses, players don’t have to switch the electronics no matter which playing style they go. It enables players to switch their playing styles easily and quickly, which widens the possibility of performance. Its simplified control has 1 volume and 1 tone. The tone offers a wide range of control to create various sounds. The UB804 can be used in any style, any kinds of music you play. UB804 comes with a TAMA Roadpro hardware stand. TAMA's engineering designed the stand to securely hold the bass whilst delivering superior stability and durability.
Painted in black, the modest appearance of the stand matches the mature atmosphere of the UB804. Also the UB804 comes with a padded gig bag that can carry everything in it, including the bass itself, bow and stand.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
