- 5pc Maple/Walnut neck: The 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck provides tonal clarity and superior attack.
- Jatoba fretboard: Jatoba has a reddish-brown color and produces a rich mid-range with a crisp high end.
- Medium frets: Medium-sized frets enhance the accuracy of your notes.
- Nyatoh body: Nyatoh body wood provides a rich mid-low end.
- PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups: Developed by Ibanez, the exposed pole pieces of the PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups produce a stronger signal and enhance the higher frequencies without sacrificing low end. The result is a tone rich in harmonic detail and dynamic expression.
- Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ: The Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ is designed for simple, no-nonsense EQ control. The Boost and Cut for the Mid Control are centered on slightly different frequencies, delivering a preset range of the most favorable bass tones.
- Accu-cast B500 series bridge: The Accu-cast B500 bridge has adjustable saddles for variable string spacing by +/- 1.5mm, addressing every bassist’s specific string spacing needs.
- 3-way Power Tap switch: The 3-way Power Tap switch offers a choice of three tonal personalities: a rich humbucker sound, a pure single-coil sound, or an enhanced single-coil sound fattened by lows from the humbucker pickups.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
