Features
Quick Release. All 4000 cymbal stands/ holders feature a new quick release, which makes change of cymbals and setting quick and easy.
Cymbal Threads.SONOR changed all cymbal tilter threads from 6mm to 8mm industry standard.
Gearless Cymbal Tilter. The new cymbal tilter can be infinitely adjusted at any angle. The new lever screw adjusts the tilter with stronger force and can be moved out of the cymbals way independently.
New Cymbal Arms. All cymbal stands/ holders feature retractable, knurled boom arms. They can be set straight or as boom arms to enhance your setting possibilities.
New Wing Screw / Wing Nuts. New wing screw/ wing nuts design enforces grip on every connection (except the cymbal tilter).

Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
