Yamaha Stage Custom, loved by drummers all over the world since 1995. Made from 100% birch wood, which has been used as a typical material for Yamaha drums for many years, is used to create same high functionality and quality as the high-end class. Stage Custom Birch is a solid drum for solid drummers.
The shells use 100% birch, which has been responsible for the distinctive sound of Yamaha drums for many years, and offers short decay, quick attack, and tight sound with good separation.
The coating specifications of the finish achieve the kind of beauty found in high-end drum kits. The individuality created by the variations in wood grain from natural wood, and hand lacquered finish will make your drum set unique.
The lineup of shell size variations is not limited to the standard kit configuration, but also includes single shells from 8" to 24" like those found in high-end drum kits. From small-diameter jazz kits to large-diameter huge rock kits, drummers can assemble their setup as they please. Yamaha Stage Custom kits embodies every aspect of your musicality.
Yamaha Stage Custom kits feature metal parts that are the result of our expertise as a comprehensive musical instrument manufacturer, combined with years of research and development.
The lugs (Absolute Lugs) utilize an internal lug locking mechanism, in which a lug nut hold plate inside the lug prevents the tension bolt from loosening while playing.
The Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System (Y.E.S.S.) makes no compromises in bringing out the natural sound of the toms, while the traditional ball mount and clamp allows for stress-free setup. These parts, which are also used in higher-end drum kits, allow Yamaha Stage Custom kits to achieve superior functionality beyond their class.

Shipping Policy
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
