The Valencia Series 560 stands out in its class with a high gloss Sitka Spruce top and fully bound Walnut back and sides; a gorgeous tonewood combination that enhances low frequency richness and sustain. Featuring a beautiful Amara Ebony fretboard, Mahogany neck and high quality gold tuning hardware these guitars are ready for many years of reliable performance.
The deep gloss finish enhances the beauty of the specially selected tonewoods whilst tasteful decorative appointments highlight the understated good looks to complete the styling of the Series 560 range.
The Valencia VC564CE cutaway electric acoustic model is beautifully balanced for effortless playing and you can dial in the Valencia 3-Band EQ preamp to sound great in any situation. The system also has a built-in chromatic tuner.

At Sky Music we are committed in offering the best prices in Australia. That is why on top of our Best Price Guarantee, we offer free shipping on most orders over $199.
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you.

- Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
- 30-Day Returns Policy
Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.

Sky Music reserve the right to revoke return privileges to any one individual abusing this 30 Day Returns Policy, i.e. with multiple returns in a short period of time without a valid reason.
