The Universal Audio Volt 1 Gen 2 is a 2-in/2-out USB audio interface designed for recording, streaming, podcasting, and mixing at home or on the go. It combines 32-bit converters operating at up to 192kHz with onboard Tone Shaping to give recordings added character, while USB bus power makes it suitable for use with Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone devices.
Its Tone Shaping Preamp provides up to 60dB of gain and three selectable character modes. Warmth adds the rounded character of a tube preamp, Focus delivers the clarity associated with a solid-state design, and Shine provides the open lift of a British Class A circuit. The mic/line combo input also features switchable 48V phantom power for use with condenser microphones, while the front-panel hi-Z input provides a dedicated connection for instruments.
Built-in loopback allows live microphone sources to be blended with computer audio for podcasts, livestreams, and video calls. The interface also includes stereo balanced monitor outputs and a stereo headphone output, while its USB bus-powered design allows mobile recording setups without a separate power supply in supported configurations.
The Volt 1 Gen 2 comes with the UAD Volt Studio bundle, including 15+ UAD plugins and instruments along with LUNA, Melodyne Essential, and additional software. The included tools include the Teletronix LA-2A, 1176 Classic FET Compressor, Pure Plate Reverb, Galaxy Tape Echo, and UAD guitar amps, providing a complete software package for recording and production.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
