The Universal Audio SD-3 Dynamic Microphone Bundle delivers three rugged, high-SPL cardioid dynamic microphones designed for snare drums, guitar cabinets, toms, and other loud instruments. Each SD-3 combines a hand-selected dynamic capsule with Universal Audio's Hemisphere microphone modeling technology, giving you access to five iconic dynamic microphone models in a compact, easy-to-place design.
Included Hemisphere modeling technology takes the flexibility of UA's Sphere microphone software and applies it to the SD-3's dynamic instrument microphone design. Choose from five modeled microphone sounds suited to snare drums, guitar cabinets, toms, vocals, and other demanding recording applications. With three SD-3 microphones, you can capture multiple sources simultaneously while maintaining consistent microphone characteristics across your setup.
Hemisphere provides more than microphone models. Proximity, axis, and filter controls let you virtually adjust microphone distance, placement angle, and tonal response without physically moving the microphone. Even better, these parameters can be changed after tracking, giving you greater flexibility when mixing and refining your recordings.
Built for demanding studio use, the SD-3 features a hand-selected capsule capable of handling extreme SPL and rugged all-metal construction that can withstand regular wear and tear. The compact design makes placement around drum kits and guitar cabinets simple, while the vintage-inspired aesthetic adds classic style to your microphone locker. - Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
