The Thomastik-Infeld IN344 Infeld Superalloy 4-string bass set delivers a modern, high-output voice engineered with an exceptionally balanced spread across the frequency spectrum. Communicating with a full, well-rounded bass response, throaty midrange punch, and solid treble clarity without brittleness, this set provides authoritative dynamic presence suitable for any musical style.
Featuring precision round wound construction over a hexagonal steel core, the IN344 uses a specialized Superalloy outer winding layer that retains warmth while remaining noticeably gentler on your fretwork than traditional stainless steel or all-steel strings. Calibrated in a balanced medium-tension .045–.105 gauge setup, this full set is optimized for standard 34-inch long scale electric bass guitars, delivering a stable feel and even response from the lowest fundamental to the highest fret.
