The TAMA Starclassic Performer MBS52RZS MSL 5-Piece Shell Pack in Molten Steel Blue Burst combines the mellow warmth of maple with the stiffness and attack of birch to deliver a dynamic, expressive acoustic drum sound. Built around TAMA's acclaimed Starclassic design, this Maple/Birch shell pack provides the tonal character, hardware and build quality expected from a professional drum setup.
The Maple/Birch shells produce a powerful combination of warmth and bite, with the characteristic resonance of maple enhanced by the crisp attack of birch plies. Premium die-cast zinc hoops provide consistent tuning and uniform bolt contact, contributing to a crisper attack and added high-end resonance. The Star-Cast mounting system further supports resonance while allowing practical tom positioning.
The shell pack comes equipped with quality Evans drumheads for a versatile response across a variety of playing styles. The toms feature Evans G1 coated batter heads and TAMA clear single-ply Power Craft II resonant heads, while the bass drum uses an Evans EQ4 clear batter head. Rubber-based claw hooks, Air Pocket rubber feet and a bass drum spur bracket with memory markers add practical features for reliable performance and convenient setup. A FREE TAMA HP310LW Double Kick Drum Pedal is included.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
