The Spector Icon NS-5 Neck Through Electric Bass Guitar combines the timeless design elements that have defined Spector for decades with modern features built for today's bassists. Designed in Woodstock, NY, this five-string instrument delivers the signature feel, comfort, and performance that players expect, making it equally at home on stage, in the studio, or during daily practice sessions.
At the core of the Icon NS-5 is a classic neck-through construction that enhances sustain, resonance, stability, and playing response across the entire fretboard. Alder body wings are paired with a 3-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, creating a balanced tonal foundation with impressive clarity and warmth. The highly figured quilted maple top and premium gloss finish give this bass a striking boutique-inspired appearance.
Equipped with custom-voiced Aguilar DCB pickups and an Aguilar OBP-2 active preamp, the Icon NS-5 delivers powerful and versatile tones with punchy lows, articulate mids, and clear highs. Its five-string configuration provides extended range while retaining the legendary Spector performance and exceptional value of the Icon NS Neck Through Series, finished in sophisticated Black Stain and available from Sky Music Australia.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
