Designed with the experience of crafting pedals for more than 10 years. The NU-X Bumblebee offers you the optimum board space. Allowing you to customize your very own pedal board in the most efficient way. You can assemble the platforms in order the way you like.
NU-X Bumblebee is made by anodized aluminum material; which is solid as a rock, light as a pillow. The bottom of the platforms are carved and well-supported, and gives you some space to cover your cables without losing any strength. And the side parts are strongly holds all the parts together, it can absorb the shock when you hit your pedal footswitch.
There are cable organizers in the box. You can attach to below any platform and it can hold the cables. Easy to organize all the cables and it helps you to save your time when you want to replace or re-organize your pedals.
There are 2 ways to use the cable organizers; you can use the clips and attach the cables, and you can use it as a holder and cables can cross inside the organizers.
If you are using any control pedal (like MIDI controller or NU-X Cerberus), you can design the platform layers with enough space to switch the cables easily. You can put your power supply between the layers, it's very protective.
Shipping Policy
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
