It’s fair to say that no amplifier has made a greater impact on the sound of modern guitar, and certainly Heavy styles, than the MESA Dual Rectifier® Solo Head. That statement gets an exclamation point when speaking of its high-power sibling, the Triple Rectifier® Solo Head. Since their release in 1992 these two amplifiers have dominated, if not reinvented, the sound of Rock guitar and birthed entire genres whose creators used their walls of crushing high gain for detuned Crunch rhythm and Bass lines that became the soundtrack for a generation. Now, thirty-plus years later and on the heels of the 90s Dual Rectifier’s exciting return to production, we reintroduce the mighty Triple Rectifier, bringing back the model that’s always been perfect for when excess is barely enough.
Now we offer the Dual Rectifier in its original, more affordable Standard Dress featuring a black chassis, chrome speed knobs and polished aluminum Diamond Plate. This is the package that reframed perspectives on the part gear could play in terms of visuals on stage and in video and cast the Rectifier as iconic, being as menacing looking as it was sounding. Around back, the additional Rectifier and power tubes create a wall of glowing glass that forewarns of the sonic impact about to be unleashed with a flick of the Standby switch. This Triple’s layered harmonics, tight low end and percussive mid hit are delivered with all the authority and impact of the original 90s-build, and it serves up this huge, high gain footprint like no other amplifier before or since.

- 150-Watt 6x 6L6 Power Section: Massive headroom and percussive low-end clarity driven by six 6L6 power tubes and five 12AX7 preamp tubes.
- Selectable Rectification: Choose between 3x 5U4GB tube rectification for organic compression and sag, or silicon diodes for tight attack.
- 2-Channel Architecture with Channel Cloning: Two independent channels with dedicated EQ, gain, presence, and master controls supporting Clean, Vintage, and Modern modes.
- Bold / Spongy Variac Switch: Integrated Variac power switch reduces internal operating voltage in Spongy mode for a softer feel and early saturation.
- Fixed Bias with EL34/6L6 Switch: Maintenance-free fixed bias system with an integrated selector switch to easily alternate between 6L6 and EL34 power tubes.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
