The Mayones Regius Gothic 7 in Antique Black is available now at Sky Music Australia. Handcrafted at the Mayones factory in Gdańsk, Poland, this 7-string custom instrument combines dark, Gothic styling with high-performance modern craftsmanship.
Built with a swamp ash body capped with an ash top in a stealthy Antique Black matte finish, it features an 11-ply maple, mahogany, wenge, and amazakoe neck-through construction with a comfortable C-shape profile. Its 26.5"-scale ebony fingerboard is bounded by 3-ply Black ABS and Black Pearloid binding, featuring a 16" radius, stainless steel frets, and Luminlay blue side markers. Sonically, it is equipped with covered Mayones Velvetrone® pickups (Ironside bridge and Solium neck in black covers with black hex bolts) managed by a 5-way lever switch, master volume, and master tone controls. High-end hardware includes a Hipshot 7-string fixed bridge, Hipshot GripLock locking tuners, a Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL nut, and Schaller Security Locks. It includes a Mayones Hybrid Double Deck Case.
