Designed to faithfully capture and amplify the natural character, warmth, and resonance of your instrument, this advanced system brings true-to-life acoustic sound to the stage. It successfully retains the outstanding feedback resistance and natural tonal response of the original HiFi line, while refining the internal architecture for even greater harmonic detail and dynamic sensitivity.
At the heart of the HiFi DNA system are two dedicated bridge plate sensors—the Hi and Low sensors—which independently capture the treble and bass frequencies of your guitar. Each sensor is routed through its own independent, studio-grade preamp circuit housed inside the end-pin preamp. This split signal processing ensures that each part of your guitar's frequency range is optimally conditioned before being seamlessly combined into a single, flawlessly balanced output.
These next-generation HiFi DNA sensors are engineered to be lighter and more flexible than previous designs, allowing them to respond instantly to the finest playing nuances. Whether you are executing quiet fingerstyle passages or digging in with a hard flatpick stroke, the response is incredibly articulate across the entire dynamic range. Paired with an all-discrete, Class-A end-pin preamp featuring a high-grade FET input, the system delivers an exceptionally clean and pure signal path directly to your amplifier or PA system.
Designed for player convenience and instrument preservation, the LR Baggs HiFi DNA comes prewired with peel-and-stick mounting, requiring zero drilling, gluing, or permanent modification to your bridge or saddle. Soundhole-mounted Volume and Tone controls offer quick adjustments on the fly, while the system operates reliably on a single 9V battery providing over 260 hours of continuous runtime. An included installation jig makes alignment straightforward, though professional installation is recommended for the best results. Please note, this system is not recommended for nylon-string guitars.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
