Kramer is celebrating its 50th birthday, and They're taking things to the next level! To honor 50 years of groundbreaking tone and legendary style, Kramer are introducing a limited-edition lineup of thier most iconic models, each finished in a gloss-metallic Anniversary Gold. These guitars helped shape a generation and continue to inspire players worldwide. Each release is exclusive to this anniversary year, making them essential for collectors and musicians alike.
Leading the charge is the Kramer 50th Anniversary 84—a tribute to Kramer’s first Golden Age and one of the most influential electric guitars ever made. This isn’t just about nostalgia; it’s built for today’s players who demand speed, precision, and versatility for everything from classic metal to modern heavy riffs. Its lightweight alder body features forearm and belly contours for all-night comfort, while deep double cutaways give you effortless access to the upper frets. The satin-finished bolt-on maple neck with walnut skunk stripe offers a 25.5-inch scale, maple fingerboard, and the fast-playing Kramer K-Speed SlimTaper™ C profile. Twenty-two jumbo frets make bends and vibrato a breeze.
The signature big banana headstock sports a Floyd Rose® R2 locking nut, black mini die-cast tuners, a black string retainer, and a matching wrench holder on the back. Finished in Anniversary Gold with a matching stinger, it’s as striking as it is functional. Every detail is dialed in for performance, from the all-black hardware to the Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo that guarantees rock-solid tuning stability—even under extreme use. Electronics are streamlined for maximum impact: a single uncovered Kramer Eruption PRO™ humbucker with double black bobbins, mounted directly to the body for enhanced resonance and sustain.
Controlled by one volume knob with a push/pull series/parallel switch, you get two distinct voices—bright and articulate in parallel mode, or full-throttle humbucker power in series for searing leads and crushing rhythm tones. Each guitar ships with a premium Kramer gig bag, ready for the stage or the studio. This isn’t just an instrument—it’s a piece of rock history, reimagined for Kramer’s 50th Anniversary, and will only be available during this anniversary year. Don’t miss your chance to own a legend reborn.
