The Jackson Custom Shop DK 2H FR Flame Maple Top Electric Guitar in Trans Amber is a precision-built instrument crafted by the Jackson Custom Shop team for uncompromising performance and refined aesthetics. Built on the Dinky Custom body style, this right-handed, six-string guitar features an alder body topped with a 1/8" flame maple cap, finished in a striking amber transparent satin urethane. A matching headstock finish and black Custom Shop logo complete its unmistakable high-end appearance.
Its bolt-on construction pairs an alder body with a caramelized flame maple neck and fingerboard, delivering exceptional stability, resonance, and a smooth playing feel. The neck features a standard profile measuring .790" at the 3rd fret and .850" at the 12th fret, a compound 12"–16" radius, and 24 jumbo stainless steel frets. There are no fingerboard inlays, preserving a clean, modern look, while green Luminlay side dots with black rings ensure visibility on dark stages. A locking R3 Floyd Rose nut and a dual-action truss rod with wheel adjustment and graphite reinforcement provide precise setup control and long-term reliability.
Electronics are optimized for aggressive, articulate tones, featuring a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan ’59 humbucker in the neck, both clean-mounted with black bobbins and nickel pole screws.
