The¬†Ibanez GRX70QA¬†features a maple neck that provides stability and bright tonal character, the¬†Jatoba fretboard has a reddish brown color which produces a rich mid range with a crisp high end, the T106 tremolo bridge with 6 independent saddles makes precise height and intonation adjustment of each string easy,¬†and a¬†mono-unit output jack is made of solid, durable material and is a single piece to avoid unwanted movement and loosening of the jack, which leads to contact failure or disconnection. This innovation allows for long term playing enjoyment and minimal maintenance.

At Sky Music we are committed in offering the best prices in Australia. That is why on top of our Best Price Guarantee, we offer free shipping on most orders over $199.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:

Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas

Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.

If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.

To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.

30-Day Returns Policy

Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
