• We offer FREE Shipping on most orders over $199!

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:

• Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
• Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas

Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.

If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.

Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.

Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.

If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!

Returns Procedure

• Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.

30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.

DISCLAIMER: The 30 Day Returns Policy stated above is not a comparison or 'try before you buy' style service. Sky Music reserve the right to refuse a return we believe may be an abuse of this policy. Sky Music reserve the right to revoke return privileges to any one individual abusing this 30 Day Returns Policy, i.e. with multiple returns in a short period of time without a valid reason. The 30 Day Returns Policy does not extend to orders made under a Studio 19 Rental agreement. Please see Studio 19 terms & conditions for their return policy.

Advertised prices only apply to items currently in stock and ready to ship. Items that are out of stock, sold out or otherwise unavailable are subject to price changes that may be because of price rises and market fluctuations that are outside of Sky Music's control.

Some of the larger items that we stock are spread across our store and a secondary warehouse. Please call ((03) 9546 0188) or email (info@skymusic.com.au) ahead if an amplifier you're interested in is in stock and you're interested in trying it or buying in-store, as we may need to collect it from another warehouse for you!
