The EarthQuaker Devices X KGR Harmony Cast Iron Dispatch Master is a limited-edition digital delay and reverb pedal that combines lush ambience with crystal-clear echoes in a simple, intuitive four-knob design. From subtle slapback and spacious reverb to huge ambient soundscapes and infinite delay drones, the Dispatch Master delivers studio-quality effects with an incredibly musical response.
With independent delay and reverb controls, the Dispatch Master makes it easy to shape everything from short, atmospheric textures to expansive, immersive effects. Delay time extends up to 1500ms, while the Mix, Time, Repeats and Reverb controls provide plenty of range for dialing in your ideal sound. The pedal can also operate with delay or reverb independently, while reverb decay can be adjusted in reverb-only mode for additional control.
The Dispatch Master's infinite-repeat function allows you to create sustained delay drones without the repeats becoming self-oscillating, making it especially useful for ambient, experimental and textural playing. EarthQuaker Devices' Flexi-Switch technology provides both momentary and latching operation, giving you flexible control over how the effect engages during performance.
Housed in a distinctive Cast Iron enclosure and featuring relay-based true bypass, the EarthQuaker Devices X KGR Harmony Cast Iron Dispatch Master combines rugged construction with versatile studio-quality delay and reverb effects. Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
