The DW 3000 Series 5-piece Hardware Pack provides everything you need to outfit a basic drum kit with reliable, performance-focused hardware. This medium-weight package includes two convertible 3700A boom/straight cymbal stands, a 3300A snare stand, a 3500A three-leg hi-hat stand and a DW 3000 Series single kick pedal, giving drummers a complete foundation for rehearsal, recording, gigs and live performance.
Built for dependable setup and repeatable positioning, the hardware pack features practical details throughout, including Infinite Tilters, Techlock cymbal seats, Reso Pocket crutch tips and foldable base plates. The 3500A hi-hat stand features hinged memory locks, lateral cymbal seat adjustment and a 1-touch clutch, while the 3300A snare stand uses double-braced legs and a compact footprint for flexible positioning.
The included 3700A cymbal stands combine convertible boom or straight operation with sturdy double-braced tripods and lighter-gauge tubing for a useful balance of stability and portability. Completing the package, the DW 3000 Series kick pedal features dual-chain drive, an Accelerator cam, adjustable footboard angle and anti-skid rubber grip for fast, responsive bass drum performance. - Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Tracking Your Order Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
