The newly updated X300 features the same premium materials and renowned Cort craftsmanship in two new eye-catching pearlescent colors that changes its hue depending on the viewing angle. Other updates include rosewood fingerboard and black colored headstock that goes well with the mysterious vibe emitted by the chameleon-like color-changing body. The FloydRose® Special tremolo allows for extreme dive-bombing and harmonic squeals while providing perfect tuning stability and the EMG® RetroActive Hot 70 pickups deliver plenty of output with classic warm-sounding character.
Features
- The X300 receives a modern update with pearlescent Flip Blue and Flip Purple paint. Players wanting that extra bling and special personality from their guitar will especially appreciate its chameleon-like blue or purple hue that gradually changes its colors depending on the viewing angle.
- Used by some of the greatest players in the industry and boutique guitar builders, it provides the ideal warmth and fullness suitable for a wide range of musical genres.
- The EMG® Retro Active Hot 70 set utilizes ceramic magnets in the bridge and alnico 5 in the neck producing high output. This traditional open coil design set has a vintage look that players love. The outputs are voiced to give you an even volume between the neck and bridge for smooth pickup transitions. Complete versatility is at your fingertips from the biggest rock tones to the sweetest cleans and everything between.
- Sometimes simplicity is all that a player needs to get the musical point across. One volume pot and one tone pot with 3-pickup selector keeps it clean and simple and allows the player to focus on the music.
- Nothing stays in tune quite like a FloydRose tremolo system. Whether you are dive-bombing, doing extreme harmonic squeal pullups or subtle vibrato chordal coloration, the Floyd will give you the confidence to express your musical ideas without any tuning worries.
- Both comfort and appearance were enhanced with an elegantly contoured arm cut on the top. This modification to the body has been carefully laid out on the bodies of the X guitars for maximum comfort without removing unnecessary amounts of wood. The lines of the X body are graceful for aesthetic beauty as well as for ergonomic considerations.
- The modern and sleek design of the ‘Next Gen’ Cort logo was developed and applied to perfectly complement the aggressive styling of the X and KX Series.

At Sky Music we are committed in offering the best prices in Australia. That is why on top of our Best Price Guarantee, we offer free shipping on most orders over $199.
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you.

- Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
- 30-Day Returns Policy
Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
