The Charvel American Neo-Classic San Dimas SD1 HH FR Electric Guitar in Gloss Black brings together the best of classic ‘80s design and modern innovation. Its alder San Dimas body provides balanced tonal response with warm mids, crisp highs, and natural resonance that cuts through any mix, making it perfect for stage and studio use.
Equipped with custom Seymour Duncan JB/59 humbuckers, the neck '59 delivers creamy vintage warmth for expressive leads and rich rhythms, while the bridge JB delivers high-output bite for soaring solos and heavy riffs. The one-piece quartersawn maple neck, reinforced with graphite, offers legendary feel and stability. The 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard with 22 jumbo stainless steel frets ensures smooth chording and effortless lead work. Rounded fingerboard edges and Luminlay side-dots enhance comfort and visibility during performances.
Performance features include a top-mount Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo for dive-bombs and pitch effects, a truss rod adjustment wheel at the fingerboard end for quick setup, a single low-friction volume knob, and a 5-position blade pickup selector for a wide palette of tones. Every detail, from the hardware to the finish, showcases Charvel’s dedication to high-performance instruments.

- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
