Bring authentic late-'50s PAF character to your guitar with the Bare Knuckle The Mule Humbucker - Bridge, Nickel, available from Sky Music Australia. The Mule is faithfully voiced as a reproduction of some of the best-sounding late-'59 PAFs, delivering an exceptionally balanced frequency response, outstanding clarity, and more than enough power for a wide range of playing styles.
Built with vintage-correct 42 AWG plain enamel wire and a sand-cast Alnico IV magnet, The Mule produces a fast bass response, fuller mids, and controlled high end. Differing numbers of wire turns on each coil help create its extended dynamic range and expressive response, while the vintage-style construction delivers the depth, harmonic richness, and unmistakable character associated with classic PAF pickups.
This 6-string bridge pickup features a classic nickel cover and 4-conductor wiring for additional switching options. Its vocal, expressive tone responds beautifully to picking dynamics, clean playing, and amplifier overdrive, making it an excellent choice for solid-body, semi-acoustic, and hollow-body guitars, particularly single-cut and set-neck instruments.

Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure
- Read the full Returns Policy HERE To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
