After years of genre-defining innovation, the technology behind Akai Professional's acclaimed Music Production Center is now available in a compact, highly portable package. The Akai Professional MPC Sample combines the iconic MPC workflow with modern sampling, sequencing, effects, and connectivity, giving producers, beatmakers, and performers a powerful standalone groovebox for creating wherever inspiration strikes.
The MPC Sample features 16 velocity-sensitive RGB-backlit performance pads with polyphonic aftertouch, a 2.4" full-colour display, three dedicated FX knobs, and a classic 30mm MPC fader. Its sampling and sequencing capabilities include Sample Chop, real-time re-pitching, time-stretching, internal re-sampling, Note Repeat, MPC Swing, quantization, Song Mode, and up to 32 stereo voices of polyphony. With 106 onboard kits, 8GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, and microSD expansion, there's plenty of room for developing ideas and complete productions.
Built for true portability, the MPC Sample includes a built-in microphone and 3W speaker alongside stereo audio I/O, TRS MIDI I/O, Sync Out, and USB-C connectivity for audio, MIDI, charging, and data transfer. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to approximately five hours of operation, while four dedicated effects engines provide more than 60 effects for shaping sounds in real time. Supporting MPC3 OS, the MPC Sample delivers a versatile standalone production experience in a compact format. Available from Sky Music Australia.

Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.
We apologise in advance if this affects you. Please feel free to contact us prior to checkout for more information.
Drop Ship Orders Drop ship orders are shipped directly from our Australian based suppliers. Please allow for 1-2 extra business days for drop ship orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.

Returns Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
30-Day Returns Policy Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
