The Meinl Cymbals HCS Dark 16" Crash Cymbal delivers a punchy, focused crash sound with a distinctive dark tonal character. Made from specially treated MS63 brass, it offers a quick, responsive attack that cuts through the mix before fading with short sustain. Its naturally controlled sound makes it an excellent choice for adding accents and emphasis to grooves without leaving excessive cymbal wash.
Part of Meinl's accessible HCS Dark series, this crash combines controlled tonal response with a bold, dark finish. Its sound blends well with other HCS crash cymbals, making it a versatile addition to an entry-level drum kit. Manufactured in Germany, the HCS series was developed to provide accessible, high-quality cymbals for beginner and student drummers, offering an expressive sound and distinctive appearance for practice, rehearsal and performance.
