As Victoria remains under lockdown due to COVID-19, Sky Music is well prepared to stay on top of servicing our beloved customers during an uncertain time. We have been lucky enough to be operating as an online store since Stage 3 as we have always valued the safety of our customers and staff. We are still open and we are still able to help! 

How are we operating?

Glad you asked! Our sales staff are available to chat through the website, email or via phone on (03) 9546 0188. We have warehouse staff operating to help ensure the online demand is met and to maintain high expectations you've come to expect from Sky Music. We are offering same/next day delivery* to Melbourne Metro customers, 30 day returns policies and a click & collect service (for customers who reside within a 25km radius of the store). 

We are here to answer any questions you have and help you find the right instrument. We are determined to help the best we can during this uncertain time. We hope you all stay home where you can & stay safe and healthy. We cannot wait to open our doors to you all once more.
