The Line 6 Helix Stadium XL Amp Modeler and FX Processor brings next-generation amp modelling, effects processing and live performance control to a powerful floor-based workstation. NEW: HELIX STADIUM 1.4 — “THE ERAS UPDATE”

The major Helix Stadium 1.4 firmware update, released on 13 October 2026, expands the Helix Stadium XL with 14 new Agoura amp channels from six amps, six new effects and improvements to existing Agoura amp models. Featuring era-inspired Brit SL100 amp models based on different generations of Marshall® Plexi Superlead amplifiers, the expanded library now offers 178 amp channels in total: 67 Agoura channels and 111 HX channels.

The Eras Update also introduces six important new features: USB editing through the Helix Stadium app, Showcase™ stem separation, Showcase Skip Marker, nested folders for Proxy clones, mono/stereo effect switching and MIDI control of the Matrix mixer's 1/4-inch, XLR and headphone output layers. These additions expand editing flexibility, song playback control, sound organisation and live monitor mixing, making the Helix Stadium XL an even more versatile workstation for stage and studio use.

With its 8-inch high-resolution colour touchscreen, Hype control and 12 premium footswitches with OLED scribble strips, the Helix Stadium XL provides intuitive access to presets, signal chains, amp models and effects. Showcase™ automation extends performance control to patch changes, loopers, MIDI equipment and lighting, while the Matrix Cue Mixer allows independent monitor mixes for different outputs.

Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® connectivity, an 8-in/8-out USB audio interface and extensive audio and MIDI connections make integration into recording and live performance setups straightforward. The unit supports existing Helix/HX presets and offers expanded connectivity through the optional Expand D10 I/O module. Helix Stadium editing software is included, while the Proxy Cloning Engine for cloud-based amp, cabinet and effects cloning is planned for a future release according to the supplied product information.
