Come and hear from Mentors, Participants and Parents alike, ask questions and get to the bottom of what Rock Academy is all about and whether it’s right for you (We know it is).

We’re staging an Info Night leading into the Spring program at Melbourne's Sky Music in Clayton on August 25th from 6pm-7pm.

It’s nice and laid back, hosted by Phil Ceberano, featuring current and former Rock Academy musicians and their parents.

No RSVP necessary, just drop on in.

About The Rock Academy
If you’re aged 12-18 years old and keen to write, rehearse, record and perform
music, then join like-minded teenagers at Rock Academy and create networks
that may last a lifetime.
Rock Academy is the most unique band initiative ever created with all creative
decisions made by the participants, no pre-approved song lists to choose from,
choose what you and your band mates want to play to amaze your friends and
family at the Live Show on a real rock stage in front of the cameras.
Rock Academy connects you with professional, touring, and recording musicians
who are excited to share their real-world experience and guidance with you.
This isn’t a traditional class-based program – instead, we’ll get straight to work
in the rehearsal rooms, with just four days to put together an unforgettable
rock show.

Mentors include: Kylie Auldist (Solo/Bamboos), Glenn Reither (Jon Stevens/Icehouse), Delsinki, Nitida Atkinson (Don’t Thanks Me, Spank Me!)

Academy Dates:
Rehearsals: Monday, September 18 - Thursday, September 21
Recording: Friday, September 22
Live Show: Saturday, September 23

Rehearsals will be at Bakehouse Studios, Richmond
Live Show at Gershwin Room @ The Espy, St Kilda
