BYO Guitar night. People attending this class will gain hands-on experience in setting up a personally owned guitar for their particular playing style, and will learn everything from action adjustments, truss-rod relief, string radius and even correct fret cleaning methods under the guidance of Harron Custom Guitars.

Class will include entry into the Theory Session hosted on February 15th which is strongly encouraged prior to the Masterclass. This is a 3 hour class. All tools will be provided, just bring your guitar. This class is limited to 8 people so get in quick.

ABOUT THE HOST:

Michael Harron started repairing at a young age. At 16 he took his guitar to a music shop and felt underwhelmed with the product he received. So Michael started looking after his own instruments, which quickly led to an obsession for Guitar Maintenance. At 21, Harron Custom Guitars was born. Building & selling guitar kits to make money for tools until it ultimately gravitated back to the maintenance work he had been doing for years prior to starting HCG.

Fast forward over a decade and Michael has made a name for himself as one of the most sought after Guitar Technicians in the country. He has expanded his business to a second store in Brisbane QLD, hosts educational workshops, manufactures a range of boutique cleaning products and has worked for some of the biggest names in the Australian Music Industry such as Parkway Drive, The Living End, Northlane, Polaris and many more.
